Conservation has both a seedling and large stock tree planting program
which is available to private and public landowners.

Seedling Program

| Applications for
tree seedling stock may be obtained by contacting our office. St. Clair
Conservation also offers a tree planting and maintenance program.
|

Large Stock Program
|
|
|
| St. Clair
Conservation works with local nurseries to purchase large stock trees in
bulk for distribution to private landowners for plantations and
windbreaks and municipalities for road-side planting. St. Clair
Conservation accepts applications for trees with a minimum order of 20
until mid March for spring planting.

| Wood Lot Management Services |

Conservation provides forestry services including woodlot marking and
silvacultural prescriptions and the preparation and/or approval of
Forest Management Plans for the provincial Managed Forest Tax Incentive
Program. There are two Managed Forest Plan Approvers on staff to assist
you.

| Drainage Superintendent
Services |

Conservation can provide drainage superintendent services and brush and
weed control for municipal ditches to municipalities through qualified
staff. Landowners can also receive assistance in designing agricultural
related erosion control measures for their property.
