W. Campbell Maple Syrup Festival DESCRIPTION:Maple Syrup Festival at the A.W. Campbell Conservation Area\nTh e A.W. Campbell Maple Syrup Festival will be held on Saturday\, March 21st from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (one day \;only). Interpretive staff will be on hand at the Festival to demonstrate the importance of this liquid gold in the lives of First Nations people and early settlers. You can even lea rn how to tap a tree!\n\nIt takes cold frosty nights and bright sunny days for sap to flow from the trees. Weather cooperating\, visitors may have a n opportunity to taste sap straight from the tree. Hands-on displays will be available for visitors to experience the pioneer sugar bush lifestyle.& nbsp\;\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n \n\n \n\n We are asking all attendees to park at the Brooke-Alvinston-Inwood Community Centre Complex and our Shutt le will bring you to the Festival.
